A note about this photo: this was a picture that I took of an ad in a bank window in the Georgetown area of DC back in 2003 or 2004. I don't recall now what the text on the ad actually said, but all I could think of was "so you think YOU are having a bad hair day?" I like taking pictures of window displays, and this one just made me laugh.
